I checked out his photograph.
Yes the aquiline nose was the same
And the two dimples.
I am beautiful, like he was handsome -
My father, whom my mom hated.
My father who left my mom with two small girls.
My younger sister is as plain as my mother.
Is that why the choicest morsels go to her ?
May be one day if I criss-cross my face and
There is no remnant of my father in me,
My mom will love me again...
