Or Kubla Khan?

Who are you, sir
With the Mongoloid face
And a little bit of beards
Fluttering in the wind?

Yours is not a French-cut
Of Mr.Tycoon,
But you Mr.Typhoon
Coming from overseas.

Ruffling it all,
Rustling not,
Rattling it,
One from Central Asia.

The tornado rattling
My roof,
Trying to blow it away,
As such the velocity.

The weather man, the frog man
All busy with
With the storm warning,
Seeing the low pressure.
