I Remember

You left this day
For your heavenly abode,
And till today,
I'm in a shocked mode.

An angel like you
Didn't belong on earth;
Service you came to do;
You blessed my birth.

A sublime beauty
With a sweet face,
You did your duty
And radiated grace.

You spread cheer
With your soothing voice,
And all those near
Would relax and rejoice.

You remain within me,
Deep in my heart,
And I can see
We aren't apart.
