Today of all days - is one of those days
I might just hop in my car with nothing
Not exactly nothing.

A girl must have her favorite bag,
Her best jeans, and a pair of sexy heels.

With the wind in my hair and my past in the rear view mirror,
I may drive until I can't drive any further.

Putting down new roots wherever the road ends.
Somewhere between the first mile and my destination,
My memory fails me.

I live in peace without guilt, without loss or grief.

Nobody knows my name and I am able to live my life,
Atleast briefly in peace.
