Yearning

Journey backwards in time
is not what is yearned
once was ample
Simpering stretch was toilsome travel

Contiguity of fleshes
is not what lacks
they admix
fuse
over and over

Yearning is
for chance to shatter
walls of prison
erected by past
that arrest future
