  He was after her always.
He never gave up on her.
She was her sunshine.
She didn't know about him.
Yet he wanted her attention.
She didn't remember anything.
It hurt him the most.
He longed to feel her love
But he knew he had to try hard.
Many asked him "Why this mess?"
But all he did was just smile.
The day he saw her walking with sweets,
He thought the day has finally come.
He stepped inside the orphanage.
She was distributing sweets,
He sat along with the others.
She gave him a smile through her wrinkled face.
Touched him, caressed him.
At last he got her attention.
At the end of the day, he knew the time was over.
She kissed his forehead and left.
He knew it was the first and last imprint he had got.
He was satisfied with these memories.
He knew it will last forever.
He again thought that he could never forcefully
Make her accept him;
'How could anyone accept an illegitimate son?'
