  Let there be darkness
Light hurts

Left one world to find a better one
Lost everything and found nothing
Left those who were close
Locked the dreams of younger ones
Lessened their gleam and steam
Look at the distress on those innocent faces
Like the colours of faded
flowers

Let there be darkness
Light hurts

Little and false delight made me devil
Lost my mind and committed crime
Let there be no mercy
Let it not go unpunished
Looted my own treasure
Lessened my love they needed most
Let me now face their hate

Let there be darkness
Light hurts

(based on divorce distress)
