Holi For The Non-Elites

A bit of blood from the heart
Dropped into rickety buckets of poor tears
Stirred with a meticulous satiety...

Subdued at the bottom
Sweats deepen the rows of a resilient rainbow
Across the sky of pain and agony...

The marginalized smear pink dusts of joy
On faces of the sad and sorrow
To imbibe sense of festivity and the culture...

While those in mainstream feel
Abandoned in a colorless colony of riches
Thinking of breaking the barrier...

Be it grief and sorrow, luxury and glamour-
All are one colored in bliss
In the cosmic cauldron of humanity and peace...
