A Love Carol for Her

A thousand birds chanted a carol
Love's feather-touch revived us
When she embosomed me last night
Our dreams rode Lovers' omnibus.
Her warm caresses animated me
Together we glimpsed a fountain of light
It was a ceaseless ecstasy
When she loved me deep last night
