O For a Cup of Lemon Ginger Tea!

On International Tea Day (21st May)

When anyone does sincerely sip
I can bet there won’t surely be any slip
Between the tea cup and the rosy lip
Yes I always discover
In you a priceless bond for ever
Which was never by anyone to sever
Praises for tea I heartily sing
O my cup of Assam tea or Darjeeling
When I drink tea I feel like a King
It is a cup that cheers
It never inebriates, so no fears
Let’s celebrate all smiles and no tears
