Life on the Run

Life is always on the run.

‘Stop’ means to be crushed—

Run over brutally

By the moving wheels of Time

Without a cry in distress

For a helping hand.

Time has its own destined pace

We have to pace up

With its moving moment.

Turning back may hold us back

Back to the old state

The old state, long left behind.

Time is there for some time

But only for those

Who act and react in time

To cope with hard days

And move ahead in life

With their head high with pride.
