Modern Family

Links in the chain
Connect rings infinite
A furious link in frenzy 
Refuses to bind rings.
 
The long and sumptuous chain
Mutilated, splits into pieces 
Awkward and scattered disjointed.
Things fall apart never to mingle.
 
Yet memories of bygone togetherness 
Burn the spirits till bodies perish.
