Sudden Flight

Impish twinkle in the eyes

Innocent sparkle in the smile

Gossamer dimple to delight!

Sweeping the heart to a flight!

Hiding the solitude with myriad

tides of songs, painting, artwork.

Silently suffering in sudden pain

Stoically facing the dark chain

with the same dignity and elegance

sublimated slowly into the source;

leaving the longing, loving heart

into dry dreary sands of the desert!
