An Agitated Mind

An agitated mind

Makes me blind

And I can't see

Properly around me,

For I'm shaken,

I'm overtaken

By frustration and rage,

Revealing a stupid outrage.

Sister Shivani, a Brahmakumaris Sister, once addressed this by asking a simple question: "Whose mind is it?"
She went on to explain that our mind is a tool that we use..hence it should be under our control!
