A sunset I saw 

Left me in awe:

The hypnotic skies 

Dazzled my eyes. 

Colors beyond description: 

The perfect prescription 

For my heart and mind 

To pause, step behind, 

And ponder the artist who 

Remains beyond view, 

Who is painting the sky 

And making me high.
