Stranger on the Pillion

While on the way to the Odyssey bookstore

To celebrate “Madras Day” I spotted this strange

Pillion rider on a two-wheeler, amazed at its curiosity

To explore the surroundings, even it was patiently waiting at the traffic signal

Enjoying every moment of the ride

I was afraid it might jump from its seat

Creating anxious moments for its master

For whom I had all admiration for training his pet

To obey him at all costs, traffic jam or not.
