A sunset to savor, 

To relax for a while;

Sit back and smile 

At life for giving 

This glorious lighting, 

When the living 

Becomes exciting. 

A sunset to savor 

Nature's flavor; 

A sunset to savor 

This divine favor 

And ponder creation, 

What life is showing, 

And express admiration 

For all it's bestowing.

A sunset to savor, 

All for free; 

A sunset to savor, 

Where I can be 

One with the Artist who 

Is truly sublime, 

Who stays beyond view, 

Time after time.
