The sun reflected off the water
As it went slowly to sleep.
We sat quietly reflecting,
Basking in the last heat of the day
A whisper was exchanged
As she moved foreword
The sun her halo,
She reached for my hand
Our lips met
We embraced as one.
The kiss seemed to last an eternity
Hearts beating in unison
Then it was all over,
She vanished
It was but a dream.
