A Journey Through Me

  I sit in my room,
perfectly still,
but I tremble inside,
and am fatally ill,
I worry of life,
because of it's dirty ways,
but when I try to escape,
I am caught in a daze,
I look forward to the next day,
just to find out,
today is yesterdays' tomorrow,
So loud I scream and shout,
I think everyone can hear,
but I scream in my heart,
full of fears,
I cry so much,
I may drown in my sorrows,
I chock on my dreams,
of happy tomorrows,
life is not perfect,
life is not fair,
but we have to face it,
and we must bare,
It's burdens of guilt, sorrows and greed,
just to stumble and fall,
on impossible dreams,
I'm swallowed up into my soul,
I try to break free,
I try to run away,
into a black hole,
of yesterday,
I sit here in my room,
perfectly still,
but I tremble inside,
and am fatally ill,
now you must realize,
about me and my life,
it's no journey,
just a thrill.
