Every part of our ties have thinned with time
All that went before has lost their colors
Looking back at which set wrinkles amid my brows
It is all over now sparing a few drops of tears
Enduring in the core of my heart, ~ still unwept
For all those wrecked dreams and defeated hopes
Which once I had both cherished and defied.
Darkness chokes me as I recall that cursed vigil
Beset by the blues of melancholy I quivered
Sheathed in loss and pain I hunted for you
Utterly lost in thoughts of comprehension
I wanted to know for certain who you are
An unrevealed image of you beholds my mind
Memories still wander languidly across my mind.
