What Can I Give?

A spirit that inhaled
The first breath of life
is what I give you, World,
it's who I am,
and not an image
that pretends to be.

As part of nature
I'm a part of you,
made from the same dust,
and yet, unique.

Just as each leaf
has its own flair,
tiny veins patterned
unlike the rest,
the leaves draw life
from the same tree.

Ocean , brook , river,
currents full of life.
All creatures singing.
Can you hear the sounds?

In the immense Universe
we all dance.
