Farmers in Spain bitterly complain
Large aeroplanes steal their clouds

Of suspicious minds' protests
Why have doubts?

Mind boggling experiments
Set mistrust, as man tries tests

High column suction cylinder
Pull in clouds vacuum cleaner

Artificial condensation in labs
Precipitations store water in tanks

Pillars through atmosphere pierce
Pinch farmers, of their rightful elements

Maybe equip aircrafts with vast vacuum box
Rob massive vapor and clouds to amass

Thieves embezzle element air, water, fire
Trigger on our environment, a condition dire

From Science and Technology Custodians
Can acquisitiveness, rule out, misuse of powers?
