Atop the old castle she stood
Her tresses swaying like a serene stream
Gently caressed by the whispering winds
Moon beams lit the castle in radiance
A precious monument wreathed in the mists of Time.

And her wait continued'
For her dream man on a white stallion
Clothed in the purest robes
Of the warriors of Light
Who were destined for castle maidens
Who stood waiting on a moonlit night.

Standing there so patiently'
She yearned to recast history
To fill the pages of Time with new realities
Just like the famed
Aladdin once did
With a mysterious smile she lingered'
Her tresses bathed in a million moon beams
With jilted stars in her forest curls
Her hands uplifted as in an embrace
A slender mystic silhouette of the night
Wrapped in the moonlit twilight'
A picturesque sight to behold
For travelers on the dunes of Time
A glorious beacon for lovers.

Many twilights have gone by
Many sunsets have been embraced
And the wait still continues'
