The Rain Never Left Thy Eye

The monsoon came out and went, but the rain never left thy eye.
The winds blew and grew silent, new leaves grew and dried.
The flowers bloomed and dried, the streams flooded and iced.
The snow melted and began to flow, the clock struck and the sunset.

The birds flew and flew all over,
the memories never left your heart and the rain never left thy eye.

The spring bloomed the flowers and the birds sang their song,
The green parries grew greener, and the rivers grew deeper.
The summer wind was fragrant and love and joy was allover.
The loneliness never left you, the happiness around you couldn't move you

The world seemed to he joyous,
your prayers never seemed answered and the rain never left thy eye.

The companionship that you longed is nowhere but in the shadows of dark.
The love and trust you wanted, are nowhere but lost in yesterday dust.
The all time companion that you had is now somewhere in a lost world.
There seems no place for you to go in this world, except the ruins of friendship.

Time would pass on,
it wouldn't rain till the next monsoon rain, but the rain would never leave thy eye.
