This Too Shall Pass Away

In spring they grow, green and tall,
But when its autumn, its time to fall;
All that flourishes, will soon fade,
None for eternity is ever made.

Time flies and things grow old,
Be they however, strong and bold;
All that breathes, will come to rest,
For if there's dawn, there will be dusk.

Every road has a bend,
Every legend has an end;
All fame and glory, one day will die,
All who laugh, one day will cry.

Good times don't last too long,
Friends come and go, and things carry on;
Nothing's gonna forever stay,
This also will pass away
