Look everything goes in this world.
Science itself preaches against its stability,
A hypothesis that goes against accepted theories
Can still work if we give it a try,

There are so many alternatives to science
That science itself proffers but disavows—
Alternate medicines, cult religions, self-willed healing,
That can still be used to improve knowledge,

Some of these ideas are lost now like
How to make pyramids,
Mummify the flesh,
Or bring the dead back to life?

You cannot disagree that
Facts are created by old ideologies
Just as new ideologies create new facts:
Whatever you look for thou shall find,

Now you may laugh at the tower argument of Aristotle
Once used to prove or refute the motion of the earth
But rest assured that
There are no theory-neutral observations,

All methodologies have their limits
As Feyerabend once demonstrated,
The world is not ours
We force it to become ours.
