An aching back,
(Powdered bones in a sack!),
And a neck beginning to pain,
A balance-less cell phone, with missed calls to attend,
Buried under a pile of references.

Psychological reactions and strange illusions:
Day-mares of the submission day.
Odd doubts about possible impotency
And a lapse in all other senses
That the brain registers as ‘un-economic’.
And the faraway gaze, that explains all the above…
It is what projects can do to you!
