It so happened…Thus Father Said

Kid I was, in memory its clear “it so happened…” thus father said
Rich experiences, many not one, enriching, interesting and lucid
Unimaginable, gripping and great fairy tales
Witty, stunning and cunning market sales
Inspiring, disciplined and caring school teachers
Wise men, role models and all his preachers
Sweet and sour, clear are memories of friends
Imbibing in us the life styles of all legends
Culture and customs blended with science and reasoning
History and heritage, stories of every great king
Behavior and manners we all learn
Value system and morals for a life we earn
Arrogance and ignorance it is that would burn
The next generation I shall carry all this concern.

*The author wishes to emphasize on the importance of narrating “Bed Time Stories” to children.

Heart-touching... Yes, I too believe strongly and request all the parents to cultivate the habit of narrating 'Bed time stories' to their children. Kudos to Prof. Siva Prasad.
