Let Me

Let me look at your sultry eyes
Bluer than the bluest skies,
Let me take you in my arms
As long as the time affirms.
Let me kiss your rosy cheeks
And be rapt by your magic tricks.
Let me feel your warm embrace
And be indulged in your grace.
Let me play with your hair’s cascade
Till my miseries of solitude fade.
Let me touch your soft fingers
Where the lust for love lingers.
Let me hold your hands forever
And promise I will leave you never.
Let me love you as much as I can
If you think I am your man.
