The Silver Stream

The silver stream in twilight glows
Her silky gown creases graceful flows
She saunters along for an evening stroll
Rippling her smiles along the troll

She flows across dark valley folds
Sweeping elegantly over rugged moulds
She takes a pause every then and now
Admiring nature’s glory with a charming bow

She wanders among tall luxurious trees
Her pleats flushed by a gentle breeze
She drifts along the splendid countryside
Until the blue moon emerges alongside

His pure reflections echo on her swirls
Fetching a spring to her placid twirls
She tries to hide her soft blushes
Beneath tiny waves of delightful rushes

She gazes at his image finding to her delight
Her zeal reflected back by rays of silver light
As unspoken words render their feelings bright
They walk hand in hand under the star-lit night...
