Life is a set of instructions
Encrypted in a cell
Some have come from Heaven
And some are from Hell

Life is so misleading
Truly hard to define
DNA's, RNA's, complex proteins
It’s all is so divine

Living things reproduce
Individually or in sexual pairs
Both have instructions encoded
God knows where

Life uses processes
Converts energy for its needs
Metabolism produces waste from
Materials on which it feeds

Life undergoes evolution
And greater forms succeed
Simple cells mutate
As per it’s organizational need

All processes then cease one day
And do not start again
It's called death in human terms
But others feel the pain
