E-mail / Snail Mail

For documented communications,
E-mail is faster and sound-
So it's spawning globally
To make us spellbound!!

Snail mail moves slowly,
And takes its own time-
But allows us to leak envelops
With stamps of nickel or dime!!

Sender and recipient
May be at odds for some reasons-
So E-mail fills the gap
Without facing in all seasons!!

Snail mail is up-beat,
And bears a personal touch-
While E-mail seems a necessity,
Not so personal and as such!!

E-mail can be tracked
Via technical means-
But snail mail is worthless,
Like hell of beans!!

E-mail can expedite
A separation or divorce-
While snail mail may slow down
The recipient's remorse!!

Battle between E-mail and Snail mail
Continues a global uproar-
And boosts postage prices
Quietly more and more!!

E-mail and Snail mail are both essential
To stay in touch-
And express our emotions,
Saying: "Thank you so much"!!
