  Everything tangible has liquefied
Running through grated psyche
Floating away
Lost in stream of daily living
Mercurial image
Change to undecipherable thoughts
Characteristic drawn from experiences
Semblance of things
That made sense
Words sieved to clarify
All that is proffered
Addled, they say
Time has stolen lucidity away
Like driftwood gnarled and worn
From constant battering
Only a semblance of what once was
Remains.
