I know this my lord
I’ll have to give you my all –
Whatever I possess
Whatever I have to say,
Everything I see, everything I hear,
All my works with all my heart
And all my movements –
All these I’ll have to give.
Turning towards you
All my dawns, all my dusks
Have to blossom like flowers
In the foliage of my heart.
My lyre, now being set to tunes,
Will be yours
When it will play your songs.
All my happiness, all my sorrows
When I’ll fill them with your pleasure
You will take them in your hands
Whatever I got as my own
When I’ll give them to you
In an auspicious moment
They will become mine.

Translation of the devotional song – Amar je sab dite hobe seto ami jani - by Rabindranath Tagore. The original with its swaralipi or notation is at  http://www.rabindra-rachanabali.nltr.org/node/4490.
