I miss …

The lovely times we share together

When you become the prism of my life

Shedding rainbows everyday

You run behind the butterfly

And I run behind you

You break into peals of laughter

And I join you

We fall and rise

Like the waves of the sea

Walking across the sand

I can feel your little hand

Soft like love

Born of me

You make ‘me’

I miss you my child

When you vanish into me to become a part of me

I miss you my child

For you never ‘were’

My child…..the child of my dreams!
