Goodbye

How naughty was I when you bade me goodbye?
To conceal my passionate anger
I turned around and walked into the waiting arms of another
To discover that this was unlike your pronounced devotion
My dreams streamed across Desert Mountains
That finally flows down the valley of silence
Just for the two of us amongst a myriad of beauteous beings
We nurture an amazing bond of understanding
In spite of our differing temperamental emotions
So far so good thank you dear for the good deed of a goodbye.
