Love's Encounter

The day I saw you first- in the rain
your eyes gleamed, a sweet smile on your face
stopped the passing time and heartbeat
my senses freezed 
a sudden moment of ease
offering a cup of coffee and sandwich
as your hands touch mine- by chance
freezing senses turned alive
the rain unstoppable
the unavoidable night
when love encountered
soul twinkled with a forever shine.
