I opened my eyes in her godly arms
to see the world so fine.
Who gave her all to see me smile,
that's my mother divine.
She took my hand to touch the stars,
and placed them to my feet.
The sky grudged for all this while
and longed for them in desolate.
She held me through my torrid times
and wiped off all my tears.
No fear ever dared to come my way,
as she forced them all to veer.
It is my turn now to pay her back,
all the happiness and love.
For me, she is and will always be
greater than the god above... |
