Lost Love - Some Poetic Advice

Hold back the tears
Forget about your fears
You must change gears
Do use the rear mirror

This is no time to waste
Remember loving in haste
Can lead to later distaste
Broken hearts are not easy to paste

Wearing your heart on your sleeve
Will only serve to deceive
It will not give you any repreive
Remember it is more sensible to leave

If things are not working out
Accept the fact and quietly move out
As the cliche goes if love is lost opt out
Wait not until you have to force yourself out

Comment Mercifully the first verse did not end with "Do not use the rears"
