Poet's Bar

As evening shadows lengthen
And the sun calls it a day
The 'Poets of Delhi' head westwards
To read their heart away

No weary legs hold them back
Nor weather, hot or cold
For to hear the best of them
Gather the young and old

A quiver full of verses with
Each poet awaits his chance
To read enchanting poetry
And make one's shadow dance

Each witnesses the spectacle
Not one stays away
The second Saturday of every month
Maketh an enjoyable day!

So come savour some heady brew
The evening at the hour
6: 30 – 8 from start to end
At the ‘Poets Bar’
