(Mother's love is godly. It transcends the humans and present in every species on earth. The following two real anecdotes are in support of this.)
In the rugged terrain of Armenia,
aftermath of a deadly earthquake,
a young mother with a month-old child
clung to her safe chest was trapped under the debris-
caught in the cruel jaws of certain death
Unable to breastfeed the tiny,
she dreaded the worst soon to happen.
Yet in an amazing motherly impulse
to save the newborn she bit her index finger
and placed in the child's mouth to nibble...
She changed blood to milk,
in a godly act to a new life
the child she swiftly brought back...
Seven painful days later
that lingered longer than an eternity,
when they were rescued, four innocent eyes
glowed with hope like stars in the skies!

A forest fire in California
left the trees - once green and tall,
merely as stumps - burnt and small.
A team of forest guards when entered the area
to estimate the damage, one among them
saw something strange - an ash mould of a bird.
When he gave a slight push,
the charred wings did fall off
but out of those two little chicks - live and lively,
came out, started to move and sing...

Who says the fairies and the angels
do not visit the earth?
Aren't they at every home
to serve morning breakfast!
Mother's love travels unseen,
perhaps faster than the light
and silently flows into each and every heart!
