Words spring
Like dust, from butterfly wings
They hold fragile thoughts together
by feelings
A woman seeking who she is
What she has become
Viewing the world
Through kaleidoscopic vision
She has no home
Lost in time
Wishing she could find "she"
the kinder one is better
Then the darker side
Leaving her tangled in a web of deception
holding down wispy wings
Undesirable, true
The need to fly
with wings of butterfly
to the cosmos
Like comet filled with
Ice crystals
Is that what I am
A woman with butterfly wings
With a crystalline heart.
