A Journey of Endless Pain

Life is a journey of endless pain,
Don’t know if I can be happy again,
Tears are my eye’s regular visitor,
With every drop of agony life turns bitter.

Can’t get even a bit of love from my man,
Wish I could be a single, independent woman.
Life without love is a suffering unbound,
Life becomes empty when love can’t be found!

Wrecked is my soul in unbearable pain,
Etched is your name in my every vein,
No matter how hard I try to forget my past
I end up in reminiscing it from first to last!

Tomorrow isn’t promising as all hopes are lost,
I have to pay for my entire mistake’s cost,
Shattered is my heart in your absence.
Life without you, my dear, makes no sense!

Comment Jai Rathore Ji, only after experiencing lot of pain, I could write such poems. I don't know whether it is possible or not to write such verses by just imagining. I am so glad that you liked it!!

Comment Rupradha ji, I was wondering if for such intense writings, is it necessary to really pass through endless pain in life or it is good enough to have good imagination and skill to use vocabulary? I really like almost all your verses.

Comment Sorrow should not be the milestones to reach the paradise of love, Rupradha. Refuel your heart with love, soon he will breathe your breath... very emotional poems you compose!
