Gob-smacked me
With a gobbledygook,
There's no bigger crime
Than justice forsook.

A slapdash investigation,
Civic values turned upside down,
We've become a country
Full of third-rate clowns.

There is a maelstrom,
A collusion of values alas,
Between the business mafia
And the middle class!

Gob-smacked me
With a gobbledygook
A dream unfulfilled,
A Madonna forsook!
