Crime and Punishment

Once
He had run away
From his life
And discernible duty
Blaming destiny
In an act of cowardice...

On realization,
For his crime
He didn't wait
For a divine trial
And judgement for..
The misdemeanor or misdeed.

Instead
He listened to conscience
And punished himself
For life to live
A cursed and condemned
Till redemption is achieved!
