The Self-respect of a woman
Her name was “Draupadi” then
It was she who wrote
The prologue to the epic "Mahabharata"

It’s again the same story
Self Respect of another “Draupadi”
Looks as if time is now ripe
Let us get ready for a “Navabharata”

A Navabharata
Free of desire and lust
That's everyone's dream
Getting back to the basics

Recollecting the heritage
Of our precious “Motherland”
Of respecting all women
As our “mothers and sisters”
