This garrulous lady named Lou
Always managed somehow,
To put her foot in the mouth,
That slid her reputation south.
She’s now on a Silence “Wow!”

Wow instead of vow has a beautiful poetic flourish to suggest that even when her reputation is in tatters, her garrulity cannot leave her!
