Ahimsa: Non-Violence

  The story goes
Jain Tirthankara
Mahavir was so committed
Causing no harm to anyone -
Physical or psychological,
He didn't even kick
While in mother's womb
And delayed his renunciation
Until after death of his parents...

Non-violence
An absolute virtue
Truly worth pursuing
For it has rightly been said
You can defeat someone
But you can't win anyone
By resorting to violent means..!

(Gandhi was one who understood and professed non-violence in true sense. Of course, this can't be applied to human vampires and werewolves for their demonic acts.)
