Life's Storms

  When I reach the point
of no return
piercing my soul
into tormenting depths,
gasping for breath,
I mount the waves of life.

Allowing the storm
to run its course,
detached from the wild force
of wrathful winds,
rolling over fierce
currents of abandonment,
until calmness arrives.

Renewed now,
I find a path to reason.
Perspective flowing
in new delightful light,
while body and mind
swim gently through
blue placid waters,
slowly arriving

in enchanted lands.

Comment 'Je rate mor duarguli bhanglo jhare/Janinaito tumi ele amar ghare' - this is the famous song of Tagore - The night my doors were swept away by stormy winds, I didn't realize you had come to my home.

Comment Very subtle.
All paths of life lead to the destination which itself is Life.
