  Stranded
Waiting to abate
Enjoying
Like Manna from the skies
Sound
From roof above
Striking the ground
Nip in the air
Takes me back
My childhood memories
Young girls and boys make merry
Out in the open
Who wouldn’t if age was on one’s side?
The football ground bears its intensity
Umbrella such a necessity
Homeward journey
In the evening
Would compensate
For this joy
